A QHSE POLICY AT THE HEART OF OUR COMMITMENTS

Our QHSE policy governs each project to ensure safety, quality of execution, and environmental preservation.

At SIDON Construction, our Quality – Health – Safety – Environment (QHSE) policy is at the core of our company approach. It structures our field operations, guides our strategic decisions, and ensures the sustainable performance of our projects.

A REQUIREMENT INTEGRATED INTO EVERY PROJECT

Our activities — whether underwater, hyperbaric, river, maritime, or height-related works — take place in high-risk environments.

In this context, we have adopted a demanding, clear, and rigorously applied QHSE policy at all levels of the company.

This policy is based on the following principles:

  • Quality: Ensuring a high level of technical execution, in compliance with specifications, applicable standards, and client expectations.

  • Health & Safety: Preventing risks associated with our professions through strict procedures, appropriate equipment, and a safety culture disseminated to all employees.

  • Environment: Minimizing the impact of our operations, particularly in aquatic environments, by respecting ecosystems, biodiversity, and local regulatory requirements.

A CULTURE OF PREVENTION AND RISK MANAGEMENT

Each project is preceded by a thorough risk analysis. We implement customized prevention plans, taking into account the specific site characteristics and operational constraints.

Our teams are regularly trained in safety procedures, emergency situations, and QHSE best practices.

We foster a shared prevention culture through daily briefings, feedback sessions, and empowering each participant to take responsibility.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INSPIRED BY ISO STANDARDS

Although we are not yet certified, our QHSE management system is inspired by the best international standards, including:

  • ISO 9001 for quality,

  • ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety,

  • ISO 14001 for environmental management.

We track performance indicators (non-conformities, incidents, client feedback, etc.) to evolve our methods and strengthen the reliability of our interventions.

A CONCRETE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

SIDON Construction is committed to reducing its environmental footprint, particularly during operations in natural environments.

We carefully select our materials, minimize waste, and implement waste management procedures tailored to each project.

Our goal is to protect aquatic and river environments while delivering durable and compliant structures.

A SHARED POLICY, SUPPORTED BY ALL

SIDON Construction's QHSE policy is driven by management, communicated by supervisors, and implemented by every team member.

It is the subject of continuous internal communication, regular updates, and collective involvement, ensuring our effectiveness on the ground.

Choosing SIDON Construction means trusting a responsible, high-performing company fully committed to quality, safety, and the environment.
